Characteristics

A via ferrata leading into a cave in the rock. The ferrata is either unfinished or it serves mountain climbers. It ends at the cave you have to follow the same route back.

Arrival

From Vienna, follow the motorway to Graz, then take the highway towards Kaptenberg. After a few kilometers exit to Gloggnitz and continue driving in the direction of Reiechenau an der Rax, then go straight in the direction of Hollental to Weichtalhaus, where you can park.

Approach

Enter the gorge, cross the first place with the chain. Cross the stream and come across a rock wall. In the middle of the rock is a cave. The ferrata starts at a tree in the right side of the rock.

Exit

Same as approach.
