Wangenitzsee - Klettersteig is another short ferrata on the lake where you will appreciate the watter rather than climbing :)

Arrival

Lienz - Großglockner-Hochalpenstraße, in front of the bridge left to Debanttal - across the valley to the parking lot.

Approach

From Seichenbrunn car park via Gaimberger Feld to Seescharte (2529 m). When you see the Wangenitzseehütte, you will turn right along the lakeshore to the right of arrival.

Exit

You go around the rock and back to the cottage.
