Characteristics
Via ferrata leading to the imposing STJEPAN GRAD fortress above the town of Blagaj. The via ferrata leads along the bed of a dry stream with lots of small lakes with lots of frogs, here and there you'll come across a snake. The via ferrata is marked by the organizer as A/B, which is nonsense, there are several places B/C and C on the route. It is more of a pedestrian via ferrata with several sections secured by a rope, sometimes only by the crampons themselves. At the very end, there is a ladder made of sticks in a slight overhang, and in addition with a transition over the edge of the rock, I would rate the difficulty of this place as C/D. The total length of the climbing sections secured by a rope is approx. 200m. The via ferrata is well secured and maintained. The canyon itself is beautiful, you are often in the shade, but watch out for falling rocks!!! From the top of the via ferrata there are nice views of the valley and the surrounding rock massifs.

From the Eco centar, head straight towards the canyon along the marked path, there will be various turns from the path, keep going straight until you come across a post with a via ferrata sign. In the Eco center, they will gladly give you a map and explain everything.
Exit
Follow the marked path up towards Stjepan Grad Fortress. After approx. 400m you will come to a crossroads, turn left up towards the fortress or straight down, passing the fortress on the right. Both roads will join below the fortress, once you reach the town of Blagaj, keep as far to the left as possible until you reach the Bune river, which you will cross over a bridge in the middle of many restaurants and follow the access asphalt road to the parking.
