Straightforward K3 but with great views, to the south while climbing up, and then a magnificent view from the summit to the north. The descent down the narrow ridge is easy but impressive.
An easier alternative is to do the first section of the via ferrata (K2) and then go up the ridge (K1/2) before coming back down the same way. That avoids the steep K3 sections.
Arrival
Parking in the forest just outside the town of Oliana.
Approach
An easy walk along a footpath, follow the signs.
Descent
Keep your harness and helmet on for the descent, you will be using rungs for most of the way down.
