Characteristics

Interesting via ferrata from 1984 represent alternative (more demanding) ascent to Velika Koroška Baba (2127 m).

Parking lot in Ravenska Kočna.

Approach

From parking lot to Kranjska koča na Ledinah (1,5 h) via Lovska or Slovenska (100 m of B) pot. From the hut another 5 min. in the direction of Jezersko sedlo, then we turn left (sign "Plezalna pot") and in another 10 min. we reach the ferrata.

Exit

The most beautiful, but also the toughest is descent over Mala Baba and Jenkova planina (not secured, parts I-II).

Interesting facts

Very attractive round over Mala Baba. Steel cables are sometimes a bit loose and it is possible to come across snow fields in the early summer.
