Characteristics
Its difficulty is varied but it does not go beyond a K3, with more complicated steps for beginners and without experience that with a qualified and trained guide they can overcome without problems.
This via ferrata is divided into four sections where you can get off and on depending on the need.
Section A: K2 (20 minutes/92 meters of travel)
The first section is classified as initiation or family difficulty, in which the staples are less separated from each other and the obstacles are easier to overcome. It begins with a staple climb that connects with a cat step and then with the 11-meter monkey bridge.
Section B: K3+ (20 minutes/60 meters of route)
With a medium-high difficulty, we will have to overcome a horizontal crossing with staples for the hands and a natural ledge to support the feet until we reach a 3-meter plank step and continue on a horizontal path to the Log Bridge called "Los Palillos". Before arriving we will have an overhanging horizontal step.
Section C: K3 (30 minutes /210 meters of travel)
With a medium difficulty we will begin with a horizontal journey of 50 meters to the Hanging Bridge.
Section D: K3 (35 minutes/110 meters of travel)
With a medium-high difficulty we will start with the 19-meter ESCADENA, a stairway to heaven without a railing where we will have to be patient and skillful to pass it without difficulty. We will come to a short pass through the rock that leads us down to a Tibetan foot-cable bridge and two hands-cables in addition to the life line. Let's enjoy this bridge as we will have unbeatable and extraordinary views of the sea.
