Tajo de Ronda I - la sevillana - B/C
Predicting whether..
Characteristics
Not very demanding and nice via ferrata right under the famous bridge in Ronda. With beautiful views of the bridge, gorge and landscape.
Arrival
You can reach Ronda easily, then the secured road is reachable on foot by crossing the bridge to the south side of the city and coming down below.
Approach
It's not well marked. You descend down to the gorge, but don't turn right (right into the gorge), but continue down below the wall and turn right under the wall. Ferratas are well visible from the opposite point of view. This harder one, which is closer to the bridge, has a fairly hidden start, you have to go through an unpleasant building and when you feel like you have climbed on a public urinal, you will be at the start of the ferrata.
Exit
Climb up and you are back on the hiking trail.
Interesting facts
It is a secured French-style path, so a looser steel rope. Has a lot of cramps.
Beautiful views of the surroundings. And when you exit you will be a target in the viewfinder of Asian tourists :)
