Interesting connection between Sentiero delle Palete and Sentiero Vidi or Sent. Claudio Costanzi, which enables a nice round of iron in the northern Brenta.

Arrival

On the A22 to the exit “San Michele a. A. - Mezzocorona ”, then on the SS43 and SS42 to Dimaro. There you turn left onto the SS239 to Madonna di Campiglio and park at the Grostè cable car (fees apply).

Approach

You can get in via Sent. d. Palete (B) - Pso. di Palete, 2317 m. Descent into the Livezza Grande and before you come to the meadow floor turn left over a small path to the rock step. If the visibility is poor, it is better to descend completely and left across the meadows to the entrance.

Exit

From Passo di Val Gelada two options: a) Left on path 336 to Bocc. des Tre Sassi and descend to the Sperone degli Orti. From there either via the Sent. Vidi (path 390) back to the Pso. Grostè (2 hours) or for rif. Descend the Graffer (1½ hours). b) Sent. Costanzi.
