Characteristics

About 400m long ferrata was built in 2012 and is one of the attractions in the vicinity of Prielschutzhaus. There is a way without snow in summer and there is no problem with the ascent. You can combine it with other ferratas or just hiking. Bert-Rinesh-Klettersteig is directly linked to it, so you can go straight to the top of Grosser Priel.

Ferrata Südostsporn is in a short distance from Prielschutzhaus, if you do not have the energy to the top, you can only go this way.

Arrival

Hinterstoder - further on the main way and then to Polsterlucke on the right. Here is a parking lot. Parking day costs 4e.

Approach

From the parking lot follow the marked way to the Prielschutzhaus (from here 45min). From there, Klettergarten is also marked. Grosser Priel is in front of you.

Return to Prielschutzhaus
