There is a sign at the entrance stating that the via ferrata is closed for maintenance work. Nevertheless, the via ferrata is 100% accessible and brand new, so the sign is probably due to the pending acceptance (as of 2021). In any case, it will be difficult to find a better and safer via ferrata. Tested on August 16, 2021. There is no longer any sign on the via ferrata sign that it is closed.

The via ferrata leads to the ruins of Rabenstein Castle. The security elements are new. There is a monkey bridge and an unusual bridge. The via ferrata ends with a climb over the castle wall. It is longer than it might seem at first glance. The key section of difficulty C is around 25% of the route.
