Characteristics
Most interesting ascent on eastern-most 2000m peak in Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Short and quite easy via ferrata from Grohot to the summit on north wall of Raduha.
Arrival
From Solčava to Bukovnik, with 1327m the highest farm in Slovenia. Shortly before Bukovnik the road is closed and we can park at a convenient place (before the ramp).
Approach
We continue to Bukovnik and Koča na Grohotu on a marked path. Below the north wall of Raduha we follow the right path and soon we come to via ferrata.
Exit
On a marked ridge path to saddle Durce, where we turn left on scramble and go down to Grohot.
Interesting facts
In early summer there can still be snow in ferrata - in this case we need winter equipment (ice ax).
