Characteristics

A very short via ferrata with a short approach. In the summer quite overcrowded. Suitable for beginners. Mostly difficulty B/C with a lot of cramps and at the end section of difficulty C.

Arrival

Innsbruck - Brenner - Bolzano. From Bolzano continue on to Merano and then towards Latsch. Drive past the Latsch village along the main road and pass one gas station on your left. Before the second one turn at the pedestrian crossing on a small road and after a few meters there is a car park.

Approach

From the parking lot up the gravel road up. After about 30 meters, in front of the fallen stones, turn to an inconspicuous path into the forest and into the bushes that will take you to the start of the ferrata.

Exit

After the end of the ferrata, head for the trail to the west, to the panel road that will take you back to the parking lot.
