Plezalna pot na Lisco - D/E
Predicting whether..
Characteristics
This via ferrata was built by PD Sevnica to commemorate its 110th anniversary. The secured climbing path is divided into five extensions (climbing sections protected by steel ropes and steps) with a total length of 370m (120 meters of which are climbing sections and 250 meters of transitions) and 300 m height difference. Its average difficulty level is B/C and the last stretch is a demanding D. The peculiarity of this path is that it is possible to descend from each stretch and do the bypass on the easier path.
Arrival
From Krško, Mirna or Zidani Most we drive to Sevnica. At Sevnica at the roundabout at pizzeria Rondo, turn towards Planina pri Sevnici. After about five kilometers, turn left at the Mastnak wine cellar (it is also possible to leave from here, which would take 1 hour and 50 minutes). From here, we keep to the right and after two kilometers we reach the village of Cerje. We park in a spacious parking lot with fresh water.
Approach
At the water intake, the signpost directs us along the asphalt road that goes along the forest. A large rock is soon noticed, indicating the direction of the climbing path. After about twenty minutes we reach the Lisca wall.
Descent
We can descend on the easier mountain path.
