Mingma-Steig represents the easiest way to Schoberl. Most commonly used as a descent way from Schober.

Arrival

Winkl - in Winkl, turn right in front of the bridge and then take the second right before the bridge again. The road leads you to the cable car and the parking lot. Price list here:

Approach

From the cable car you descend to Gjaid Alm and follow the 650 road to the Simonyhütte. Turn to Route 601 to the Hallstatt Glacier. You can bypass the entire Schoberl and from the north this ferrata begins.
