Characteristics
The most picturesque ferrata on Prisojnik. It was built in 1953 at the 60th anniversary of Slovenian Alpine Association. Very magnificent crossing from Prisojnik (2547 m) to Zadnji Prisojnik (2397 m). Attention: not suitable for climbers with vertigo!
Arrival
From Kranjska Gora or Bovec to pass Vršič (1611 m).
Approach
The easiest way to reach the summit of Prisojnik is via the south path (4 hours).
Exit
Easier south way back to Vršič (3 hours).
Interesting facts
It is possible to combine this ferrata with Kopiščarjeva pot or with Hanzova pot. For fit climbers it is a grand tour if it is prolonged to Razor (2601 m) and Pogačnikov dom na Kriških podih.
