A simple via ferrata in the famous ferrata area around Kapfengerg.
Arrival
Linz - Kapfenberg - from the A9 exit Traboch - then after the saliva 115 towards Eisenerz. In Trofaiach, turn to Krumpengraben and at the end of the road to Hirnalm.
Approach
From Hirnalm unmarked path northeast before you hit the forest road. Follow this path to the right for about 100m until you reach the marked path that leads to Barbarakreuz and continue to the start of the ferrata.
Exit
From the top to Rottörl and then left to Krumpensee. Across the small waterfall back to the start of the ferrata.
