Characteristics

Ferrata mainly difficulty B. There are forest section between the roots at the bottom. Final ridge of difficulty B / C with nice views.

Arrival

Steirischer Jockel inn.

Approach

Follow the marked path through the meadow to Schusellbrunn (Wahlfahrtskapelle). After about 15 minutes you will arrive to the Naturfreundsteig (or TVN Klettersteig) signpost and turn left. The path rises up the forest and crosses the forest path several times. Then continue between the trees to the old wooden hutch, from which the road turns right along the traverze to the ferrata.

Exit

To Steirischer Jockel along the marked hiking trail (dont turt to Barenschlutzklamm). You will descend to the inn where we can refresh youself and enjoy the views. Pass the chapel and walk back to the parking lot.

Interesting facts

Surroundings of the ferrata are full of wild animals, so you can be surprised by mountain goats:)
