Characteristics

Via ferrata degli Angeli is a part of a beautiful hiking route that leads to the top of Tavolara Island. Ferrata is short and, compared to ferratas like Cabirol, Regina and Medusa, it is only part of the whole trekking path.

Start down at the harbor, it takes about 3 hours to get up and walk through the exposed and panoramic passages. Hiking is classified as an EHP, recommended for experienced hikers with knowledge of mountaineering techniques. When you reach a small statue in altitude of 563 m, the land and sea below start to look incredibly remote and far away.
