Characteristics

The Ferrata de la Tête aux Chamois was built in 1998 as one of the roads that offers views of the surrounding high alpen peaks. If you use the cable car, getting on and off is very fast, you will be on the ferrata for quite a long time, so you save a lot of time.

Arrival

Montreux - Aigle and Les Diablerets on Col du Pillon. From there by cable car to Tête aux Chamois.

Approach

From the cable car south to the Hütte Cabane des Diablerets, 2,485 m, on the blue-white to the Col du Pillion. Continue along the rocks to the start. Without cable car it is about 2.5 hours.
