Characteristics

The via ferrata consists of 4 independent and differentiated mini ferratas that can be chained by means of two rappels of 20 and 16 meters.

- Via K1: As soon as we ascend the first steps we will find a zip line with little inclination, we must take impulse if we have to paddle and once at the end or we continue with the other ferrata or we can descend.

- Via K3: We will start with another zip line also with little slope, we will continue horizontally to a Tibetan bridge and we will find two options, an easy one or through a crack of K4. You can finish with a rappel of about 20m optional or follow the path of descent on foot ferrata.

- Via K3: Completely vertical via ferrata with a mono bridge and an optional 16m rappel.

- Via K4: We have the option before starting the ferrata to practice in a mini ferrata/boulder mounted in a cave without a cable and at low altitude to be careful. As soon as we start the ferrata we will start with an overhang and descend along the path.

Arrival

Going by the A-92 highway, direction Antequera-Granada at the height of the service area of the Abbots take the A-328 road that goes through the southern part of Loja, then take the detour that indicates the signs to Sierra Gorda and from there in about 14 km along a track with some bumps, at all junctions with the option of doubt we will find direction indicators until the via ferrata and passing in front of Cueva Hora in 1 km we will see a kind of horn-shaped formation where the ferrata begins.

Approach

Obviously in front of the car begins the path and in 5 min we are at the start of the ferrata.

Descent

To descend from any of the sections without having to mount rappels and from the end of the 4th section can be descended by a side path without loss as the parking lot is seen.
