New Via ferrata in the Via Ferrata wall in Dresden. The difficulty is E, but there's a special element in the first section. There are two metal pins working as foot holds, that you can remove from the wall. Removing them makes this section E difficulty, using them for your feet, reduces difficulty to D. The upper part of the ferrata is a zick-zack section on a steep wall, that requires a bit of arm strength.
