Interesting facts
A multi-day via ferrata crossing over the Gran Sasso massif, physically very demanding. The safety elements are in perfect condition everywhere, but often under snow, even in summer. To ensure a smooth transition of all routes, we recommend that you carry your own rope for self-protection, crampons and an ice ax. The routes allow climbing up to II UIAA grade - the speed of movement is low. The Gran Sasso does not offer any water source - no natural water sources.
