Characteristics

This is the difficult version of the Alpinpark Gesäuse. This variant is called “Luis”.

Arrival

Coming from Admont or Hieflau to Johnsbach. It is best to park at the Gasthof Donner (official parking lot). Alternatively, there is also a parking space on the right after the tunnel (before Johnsbach).

Boarding

In about 10 minutes. you are at the entrance from the official parking lot. You go back towards the tunnel, so to speak, and then turn left before the tunnel.

Exit

Either descend via an easy via ferrata variant or descend via the Bible Trail to Johnsbach. (climb up to the gap and then turn left into the Bible path in the forest).
