Characteristics

A beautiful ferrata across a mountain ridge with view of the Zugspitze. Climbing the ridge takes 2.5 - 3 hours. The ferrata can offer various passages, so you will not be bored.

Arrival

Innsbruck - Telfs - exit Telf west, pass the sports center, ride through the tunnel, at the roundabout go towards Fernpass. After 300m turn right to Hinterberg. Then to the Gasthof Lehen and then to Strassberg to the parking lot.

Approach

From the car park to the Strassberghaus, turn to Hohe Mund. First there is a path through the forest, which then turns into the saddle. Turn left to the red path to Adler. Go up and then left to the info board.

Exit

From the top turn left, take the path down to the junction where you head to Adler Hütte. Then on the same path to the Strassberghaus.
