A nice mountainous via ferrata on the south side of Mauskarspitze. The route is not as difficult as the Mauskarspitze-Klettersteig, which also leads to the summit.
Arrival
Salzburg - Bad Hofgastein.
Approach
Cable car to Kleine Scharte. From the station to the left to Lake Speichersee. Then turn right to the start of the ferrata.
Exit
From the ferrata to the Mauskarspitze peak and then take the road back to the Kleine Scharte cable car station.
