Continuing, towards the summit, is a superb view from Mallestiger Mittagskogel (1801m) to Villach and Lake Faak.
Arrival
To the parking lot opposite Berggasthof Baumgartnerhof.
Approach
From the parking lot head to the gorge (not to the waterfalls). Continue along the Rotschitz stream to the left.

Do not walk in high water or storm conditions!
On the way down to Finkenstein, you can also use the Kanzianiberg (A to E) training ferrata.
