Characteristics

A via ferrata on a beautiful table mountain that seems to rise from the ground. The secured route leads to the summit and is equipped in some places with artificial steps and a final ladder. The final section becomes more airy and runs along the edge of the wall, which appears as if it is breaking off, which enriches the experience of this via ferrata.

Arrival

Drive to Castelnovo ne´ Monti and park in Piazzale Dante, which is located just below the mountain.

Boarding

From the car park, walk to the serviced hut and then follow the lower path below the eastern wall.

Exit

Return to the car park on the normal route, which goes down the northern part of Table Mountain and bypasses it to the south.

Interesting facts

From the via ferrata it is only a short walk to the actual summit of this table mountain.
