Characteristics

Good ferrata in the north-eastern ridge wall, which is so typical for Dolomites. Ferrata is not difficult and you enjoy beautiful views. Ferrata can be extended to the Rotwand klettersteig.

Arrival

Drive to Carezza where you park by the cable car.

Approach

From Riffugio Paolina on the way 549 around the Christomannos monument to Rotewandhutte. Behind the hutt in the direction of Punta Masaré.

Exit

From the end of the ferrata approx. 15 minutes to Rotewandhutte and back to the parking lot.
