Characteristics

A beautiful ferrata just next to the waterfall. The first parts are C difficulty on the cramps, followed by a beautiful traverse that ends in the overhang. It is possible to overcome it by difficulty B or go over it by D / E. Another variant offers a really long and heavy part D / E, all over in the overhang. All the roads meet at the rope bridge, where the ferrata ends.

Arrival

Solden. In front of Au village, turn right to Winklen and continue to Unterried and to Lehn. All the time, according to the indicator, to the Ötzaler Heimatmuseum. A parking place is just behind the museum.

Approach

From the parking lot, follow the red marked path to Kreuzweg Stationen. Turn right behing the chapel to the bridge and there is a ferrata.

Exit

The downhill runs along the other side of the waterfall
