Characteristics

A very nice and interesting via ferrata above the creek. There are a lot of climbing traverses with fun segments that are not particularly difficult. At the end there is a short bridle.

Arrival

Salzburg and from there take the highway to Innsbruck, exit to Rei im Winkl. Here you can park at the festival hall in the parking lot.

Approach

From the parking lot to the church and towards the gorge. Cross the bridge across the creek and go further along the other side of the creek. Almost immediately after the bridge, turn to the path that goes up the slope. The path is well marked.

Exit

Walk along the other side of the creek to Kriegerkapelle and then along the same road back to the parking lot.
