Characteristics

The nice, not very difficult Ferrata near Salzburg, which leads to Berchtesgadener Hochthron, contains many beautiful passages!

Arrival

Bad Reichenhall - Bischofswiesen - Berchtesgaden - Marktschellenberg - at the church turn towards the bridge, after about 200m the road turns to the left to Ettenberg Straße. After 5 km you will see a parking lot.

Approach

First through the forest path, then climb after AV 466 to Scheibenkaser (approx. 1 3/4 hours). There right behind the hut and then to the right and continue to the stone field. From here on the marked path on the rocks to the entrance.

Exit

From the top to the left over the nearest hill and from there follow the marked road to Stöhraus. From the hut on the way 417 and 466 back. (3h)
