Characteristics

A family via ferrata that mainly invites you to play and take pictures on bridges of all kinds, but also has an exposed traverse and a short steep wall on stirrups

Arrival

Alicante - Elche - Redovan. In Redovan, drive towards the sports center and park near the swimming pool in the specially designated climbing parking area.

Approach

From the climbing park uphill into the pine forest, at the fork keep left to the entry.

Descent

On a hiking trail through the southern vegetation with agaves and cacti downhill back to the climbing park place

Points of interest

- The ban on climbing due to bird breeding from January to June applies only to individual sectors of the numerous rock climbing routes - NOT to the via ferrata.

- As typical for the style in Spain/France the cable is only for security and should NOT be used for climbing, so of course also the difficulty level is based on that (different style like in the alps etc. where the cable has much more tension and counts as part of the ferrata)
