Characteristics

A short, but on the right variant crisp via ferrata on the Spodnji plot above the Zelenica hut. This is the hardest via ferrata in Slovenia! The short ferrata is easy to reach through the Loibltunnel and a nice change when you are in Carinthia holiday.

Arrival

From Klagenfurt to Ferlach and on to the Loiblpass. Park directly on the south side of the Loibltunnel at the valley station of the chairlift.

Approach

First up the lift route and follow the signs to Dom na Zelenici. From the hut turn right to Sp. Plot. The approach to the entry of the via ferrata is possible from the hut in about 10 minutes.

Exit

On the north side, a trail leads down to the hut. From the hut as in the ascent back to the tunnel portal.
