Via Ferrata Santa Felicita - C
Predicting whether..
Characteristics
Beautiful practice via ferrata between numerous sectors with rock climbing routes in the small valley. With brackets in the vertical, the crossings are exposed on pins. A nice addition to the big via ferrata Sass Brusai and Carlo Guzzella on Monte Grappa, too short for a separate arrival.
Arrival
You drive from Bassano del Grappa to Romana d´Ezzelino. Through the village towards Monte Grappa to Via Santa Felicita and Valle Santa Felicita. Park at one of the large gravel parking lots at the end of the good road.
Approach
From the parking lot to the north, past the widely visible chapel, past the main hiking trail, gently ascending approx. 100 meters up the valley, in the dry season there are parallel paths in the stream bed. Past several branches for rock climbing sectors to the table `Palestra di Roccia alpinistica` directly on the main path. Start right after that on the rock on the right.
Exit
From the exit, descend briefly to the main path, then return to the chapel and parking lot on the access path.
Interesting facts
Ferrata is in shade, so it should have tolerable temperatures even in Italian summer. At times there is the opportunity for paid fun sports with car tires on the overhang.
