Via ferrata Szczeliniec Wielki is a staircase ferrata located in the Polish Table Mountain National Park, close to the Czech-Polish border. The Ferrata is a system of staircases that will take you to the top of the table mountain of the same name. The secured part of the road is about 550 meters long, but the circuit (the path of Franciszka Pablo) continues and serves as a glide path. From the top of the Table Mountain you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings.

Arrival

Approach

From the parking lot, go right north along the yellow-marked trail. After about 500 meters you will reach the beginning of the staircase, which will accompany you almost all the via ferrata. The route is only one way and at the entrance controlled by cameras.

Exit

To go back, continue along the path of Franciszka Pablo, the road is forming a circle. Go back to the steps where the stairs started and then follow the access road back to the parking lot.
