Via ferrata Sentiero Alpinistico Angelo is a beautiful mix between alpine hiking and ferrata. Ferrata does not have particuly particularly hard parts, runs all the way to the rocky ridge and offers beautiful views of the surroundings. Short climbing passages alternate with hiking. So the total time of 2 hours is not all climbing. Ferrata will take you to the top of Costa Media.

Arrival

Ferrata is located near Verona. From the Verona - Vicenza motorway, take the exit San Martiono about 15 km east of Verona and go to Valle d´Illasi. Through Tregnago and Giazza you can reach the Riffugio Revolto where the car park is located.

Approach

From Riffugio Revolto on a wide gravel road to Riffugio Passo Pertica. From the cottage go down to the rock wall where the ferrata begins.

Exit

After the end of the ferrata from the top of Costa Media along the marked path back to the cottage.

Interesting facts

From the summit you can continue to Cim Careg, which is the highest peak of the entire mountain range.
