Characteristics

A nice via ferrata on a perpendicular wall with nice traverses and also a short rope bridge.

Arrival

From Salzburg or Villach go to Tauernautobahn A10 to exit 66 Flachau and then continue on the main road about 10km to Wagrain-Kleinarl. The parking lot is right after the Kleinarl town sign, with a Kiosk for Kletterwelt on the right hand side. Multiple ferrata options, climbing optiions and a tree-top adventure park is located there. Information is printed on a billboard.

Approach

Follow the path per the map up towards the rock. The easier ferratas go right, but for this one turn left, go slightly down through the playground and continue until you find the sign. There are some steps as well to climb over the electric fence. From there follow the path up to the rock and again go left where the path separates. You will reach the start soon.

Descent

See the topo, from the end follow the path and you will reach a road. Follow the road to the right. There are signs as well, but when you reach the gravel road that separates to the right, take the gravel one on the way down. You will go through the tree-top area then cross the bridge and go down on the other side of the gorge.
