Characteristics

Easy climb with a short insured passage at the beginning. The trail then follows the gorge to the right of the toll road and reaches the plateau just below the toll road split. Then follow the toll road for a few meters and turn left to the ehm. Ghf. Almfrieden off.The climb is often used by climbers as a descent.The climb is great for beginners.From the Heurigen Ramhof or from the car park then on the yellow marked path, past the Teufelsgrat to the left to the start of the climbing aids. About this (30m) up in the gorge and on to the road.

Arrival

A2 to exit Wöllersdorf or Wr. Neustadt-West, from there to Stollhof. In the village in the direction of Maiersdorf and shortly after the distinctive left turn (the church is to the right) turn right to the ehm. Turn off Mostheurigen Ramhof, sign. Past the wine tavern and left (road here often in bad condition up to a parking lot at the beginning of the forest.

Approach

Ascent or from ehm. briefly back the ascent path and then right to the toll road, follow this to the lower end of the gallery and turn left here on a path back to the starting point.
