Arrival
Approach
From Chambéry, drive up to St-Jean d'Arvey, where there are 2 parking options:
- park in the parking lot BEFORE the village of Lovettaz (access to the village is reserved for local residents): turn left in the village and follow the road for 1km to the village (uphill access path - 1h)
- park at the La Doriaz parking lot: continue 5km after St-Jean d'Arvey to Le Favres (flat access road, then downhill - 1h → handy for the return journey!)
Descent
About 1 hour's walk to the parking lot.
