Characteristics

One of the most beautiful ascents in Slovenian Alps, which leads us to Jezerska Kočna (2540 m). It is very well secured and mostly follows the northeast ridge of Kočna.

Arrival

Parking lot in Ravenska Kočna through Jezersko.

Approach

From parking lot to Češka koča in 1,5 hours (optionally via sport Ferata Češka koča - D). At the crossing above the hut we follow the right path that leads us to Kremžarjeva pot.

Exit

Same as approach. In case of second car it is more convenient to descent over Kokrsko sedlo to Kamniška Bistrica.

Interesting facts

It makes sense to prolong the tour to Jezerska Kočna (2540 m). Fit mountaineers could consider a magnificent tour over Grintovec (2558 m), which optionally combines 3 ferratas (up to D) and 2 highest peaks in Kamnik-Savinja Alps.
