Characteristics

One of the most beautiful ferratas in Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Firm white rock and excellent ferrata protections are a guarantee for a nice day away from the crowds.

Arrival

Parking lot in Ravenska Kočna.

Approach

From Ravenska Kočna via Lovska or Slovenska pot (Slovenska pot - about 100 meters of B) to Kranjska koča na Ledinah (1700 m). At around 2000 m we leave the path on Slovenian-Austrian border towards Savinjsko sedlo and continue right. When we reach the north ridge, via ferrata starts. The summit of Kroška Rinka (or also Križ) is at 2433 m.

Exit

Same as approach. In case of two cars we can also descend through gutter Turski žleb to Okrešelj and Logarska dolina.

Interesting facts

Possibility to extend our tour by spending the night in any of surrounding huts.
