Characteristics

The Via Ferrata is located in the upper left part of the Klettersteig Camp Dresden area and it is best to use the via ferrata Elena (C) or Löwinger (D). The turnoff is located right next to the bench and is well marked with a sign. It is a short but extremely difficult via ferrata F, the route leads over an overhanging smooth plate and the most difficult part is about 6m, where you need a lot of strength. The via ferrata is perfectly secured along its entire length with a rope of the optimal diameter and without artificial steps in the most difficult part.

Arrival

The address is Tharandter Str. 146A, 01187 Dresden

Approach

The parking is under the highway right next to the fence of the area, it's only a few steps to the via ferrata.

Exit

At the end of the via ferrata, climb over the wall next to the mostly closed gate and then go right along Wurgwitzer Strasse on the way down to the main road, where you turn right and after 350m you walk back to the Klettersteig Camp Dresden area.
