Characteristics

A beautiful via ferrata between Vienna and Linz consisting of among other things three rope bridges and a wall traversal. It is very popular thanks to it's short approach and descend time.

Arrival

Take the route A1 towards Ybbs, then Scheibbs, Göstling and Lassing. Then follow the road to Hochkar, where you can park at the upper parking.

Approach

From the parking spot, head towards the cable car, descend a little and continue left into the forest. Before you reach the slopes, go left and a pillar marking the start will be on your right.

Exit

Down the slope from where you came.
