Characteristics

Via Ferrata di Pan di Zucchero is located by the sea on the coast of Pan di Zucchero in Masúu. You start climbing from the sea level, where the boat can dock, to the top at 133m. From the top, you can make a small walk, climb down the DIDI climbing path (http://www.climbingsardinia.com/topos/multi/didi.gif).

Although the ferrata is nice and immersed in a very pleasant environment, this via ferrata is certainly not the best in Sardinia. The length is ridiculously short, that it looks like a waste of time and money for the equipment. The ropes will need constant maintenance due to marine corrosion. It may be OK, but don't expect much.
