Characteristics
Ferrata in the Višňov Valley (8 km SE from Žilina) is located on the limestone bar of the southwest side of Hoblík peak 934 m.n.m.
These are two shorter ferratas - apparently built as a training for VHT. Both require a short climb of 2-3 difficulty. The left one then continues with a steel rope, through a short ladder gets over the overhang and then after steel cramps secured by a rope up to the top of the ferrata. It allows descent and repetition of the climb on the right way, which is easier to climb. Short traversing secured by a steel rope, then vertical ascent through the wall to the upper footpath, which leads again to the top of the ferrata.
For both, I estimate the difficulty somewhere C/D. In addition to ferrata sets, helmets and gloves you will need 2 quickdraws, a rope (at least 30m).
