Characteristics
A beautiful Via Ferrata that runs through a beautiful natural gorge. It contains two physically demanding vertical walls with overhangs. There are three suspension bridges on the Ferrata, two of which are quite long and move back and forth neatly.
Arrival
Drive to Foresto Val di Sula and park at the church square.
Boarding
From the car park, follow the signpost on the road that goes up to the right and also points to the historic climbing wall. The path, first paved and then unpaved, leads into the gorge. Cross the stream for the first time, then walk up the stream and cross it again to the start of the via ferrata.
Exit
At the end of the via ferrata, follow the marked path to the left, which leads us back to the parking lot.
Interesting facts
It is advisable to avoid the via ferrata when there is a lot of water flowing. You have to cross the stream three times. It may be useful to take sandals when crossing.
