Characteristics

New, inofficial sports via ferrata, built in 2019. It follows a crack, so some skills how to climb cracks (with legs spread apart to both sides) are welcome. There is still a lot of dirt in it, hopefully the situation will gradually improve when rain washes it off.

Arrival

By car through Bled towards Bohinj lake until we reach Savica. We can park by the bridge over Sava Bohinjka.

Approach

When we cross Sava Bohinjka we turn left. In about 10 minutes we come to the crossing, where we have to turn right towards the wall - red arrows show us the way.

Exit

From the top of via ferrata we descend towards the path from Rudnica and join it - this part of the way is marked with red/orange dots.

Interesting facts

One of the most difficult via ferratas in Slovenia. It is worth visiting Bled and Bohinj lake and combine it with Ferata Ožarjeni kamen (D/E) above Bohinj lake.
