From the parking lot we first climb steeply over a small ridge. From there, follow the high hiking path to the east. Here are a few places where are ropes and it is secured but it is not considered via ferrata.

Then it is difficult to navigate, the best way is into the valley to the north until you meet the long-distance route GR-221. From there a good way again descending to the starting point. As you wish, you can also include ascent to Puig des Tossals Verde on this tour.
