Characteristics

An extremely hard mountainous via ferrata with hard parts of difficulty E and very exposed sections. The hard sections are in the first part of the ferrata that runs in a large cracked wall.

Arrival

Munich - Innsbruck - Brenner - Bolzano exit and go to Pozza di Fassa. From there turn right to Val San Nicoló and go to Ristorante Malga al Crocifisso where you can park.

Approach

From the restaurant about 500 meters down the road further into the valley and near the creek go through the creek and walk along the other side of the creek. The path begins to go up and soon you'll get to the start of the ferrata. The whole path is well marked.

Exit

From Riffugio Biata Cuz to Rif cottage. Buffaure and with cable car down to the valley. Or you can walk down straight to the restaurant and the car, but the route is not very pleasing.
